In continuation of my No.148 of the 11th instant,

I have the honour to enclose a translation of a further despatch

from the Viceroy, relative to the cattle robberies in the

Ying Tê Hsien.

I beg to recommend that the Viceroy's request

at the end of the despatch be complied with, and that the cattle

dealers be instructed to present themselves at the Yamen of

the Ying Tê Hsien with a petition stating their case.
